For a $100 donation, a brick will be engraved and installed at the new Animal Rescue Center in Nassau County.
Fernandina Beach, FL – The Nassau Humane Society, a no-kill animal shelter located in Fernandina Beach, is announcing an exciting opportunity for the community to share a personal message at its new animal shelter, which will be completed this summer.
For a $100 donation, a 4 x 8 brick can be engraved with the language of your choice. The bricks will be installed at the new Animal Rescue Center after completion of the building. Bricks make a great memorial, honorarium or gift for anyone!
The new shelter will replace the old, deteriorated facility. The current shelter has outdoor dog kennels, and a deteriorated shed for a cattery. The new shelter will increase capacity by more than 40%, allowing for more animals to be rescued every day.
The goal of the 100 Bricks in 100 Days campaign is to secure a minimum of 100 bricks by June 20, 2014. To order a brick, visit http://www.nassauhumanesociety.com/bricks.html, send an email to executivedirector@nassauhumanesociety.com, or call (904) 491-1511.
