Fernandina Area Fire Weather Watch for 10-19-09

There is a fire weather watch this afternoon for the Fernandina Beach area. This means critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur due to low humidity levels.

Today: Highs in the mid to upper 60s in Fernandina today with sunny skies and winds from the north at 10 to 15 mph.
Tonight: Clear overnight with lows in the mid 50s and winds fromt eh NNE at 5 to 10 mph.
Tomorrow: We warm up a bit today at the beaches with highs in the mid 70s and continued winds from the NNE at 5 to 10 mph. Lows will be in the low 60s.
Wednesday: Highs in the mid 70s under sunny skies and lows in the low 60s.
Thursday: Highs in the upper 70s with lows in the upper 60s and variable clouds.
