A full day of entertainment leads up to the official City of Fernandina Beach Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at the foot of Centre Street by Vice Mayor, Eric Childers. Beginning at 12:00 noon on November 28, carolers, choirs, dancers and singers will entertain visitors throughout the afternoon with the sights and sounds of the Christmas holiday season. Gather up the family and enjoy a magical day with your friends in the community.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at 2:00 PM at the Fernandina Harbor Marina aboard the Ye Olde Pirate charter boat and all are invited to welcome him to town! Santa and Mrs. Claus will make their way over to the Train Depot at the foot of Centre Street to meet and take pictures with the kids of the community until 5:00pm. Photos with pets will also be available. Entertainment and activities are hosted by the City of Fernandina Beach, Historic Fernandina Business Association and Shiny Badges Ball, Inc.
