Lighted Christmas Parades in Fernandina Beach

America’s Youth, Inc. is presenting A Jingle Bell Christmas Lighted Holiday Parade in downtown Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, on Saturday, December 12. This year’s Grand Marshals are Latrece Rowell and Eric Childers. This land parade begins at 6:00 PM and brings plenty of people to the historic district so plan to arrive early.

Beginning 30 minutes after the land parade is the Lighted Boat Parade at the Fernandina Harbor Marina. Spectator viewing is available along the waterfront at the foot of Centre and Ash Streets. Soundwave Marine Electronics is sponsoring the Boat Parade and there will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

1st Prize is a Two Hour Gift Certificate at Soundwave Marine Electronics for “Labor with purchase.” (Worth approximately $170.00.)

2nd Prize is a 1.5 Hour Gift Certificate at Soundwave Marine Electronics for “Labor with purchase.” (Worth approximately $125.00.)

3rd Prize is a 1 hour Gift Certificate at Soundwave Marine Electronics for “Labor with purchase.” (Worth approximately $85.00.)

There will also be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place “Peoples Choice” award that has been donated by the Fernandina Pirates Club, a $40.00 Publix gift card; a $35.00 Publix gift card; and a $25.00 Publix gift card respectively. This is great fun and everyone enjoys the boat parade so much, we would love for you to be involved.
