Preparations for the 2nd Annual Amelia Island International Wine and Food Tasting event are well underway!
olunteer members of the Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise are now meeting weekly at the Florida House Inn (pictured here) as they sprint towards the end of several months of planning “the event”.
The VIP event is already sold out again this year, so you need to reserve your main event tickets now, before they are gone.
Tickets are limited.
Proceeds will benefit Wolfson Children’s Hospital again this year, and the goal is to raise more money this year than the $34,000.00 raised last year. It will be held on March 1st at the Amelia Island Museum of History and the Amelia Community Theatre with a beer garden between the facilities for guests to enjoy local craft beers, along with 10 of our island’s favorite restaurants throughout the venue.
The planning committee says, “Incorporating both facilities this year will allow for more space for guests, the additional wine and restaurants attending this year, and will make for an even more exciting event.”
Please come support Wolfson Children’s Hospital, and especially, all of our sponsors that are making this event possible. Admission for the main event tasting starts at 7:30 and tickets are $65.00 and can be purchased online at ameliarotary.eventbrite.com.
We welcome everyone to purchase tickets for the event while available to enjoy the wonderful wines, beer, food, and a chance at wonderful auction items, including many vacations, and of course, our local favorites.
