The Chorale performed to a packed house last year!
This choir of 60 talented voices, under the direction of Patricia Black, is made up of alumni and friends of Edwards Waters College.
The group, The H. Alvin Green Memorial Alumni Chorale, was formed in honor and memory of Professor Green, a revered music teacher at the college.
As always, the Alumni Chorale will perform this concert for free. An offering will be taken during the performance with all proceeds going toward their scholarship fund.
WHEN: Sunday Evening, November 11, 2012 at 6:00 PM.
WHERE: Amelia Plantation Chapel
WHO: Members are comprised of alumni and friends of Edward Waters, Bethune Cookman, FSU, Albany State, and others. The Chorale is well known throughout Florida and Georgia, and has recorded 2 CDs.
WHY: Concert will raise money for the scholarship fund for the Chorale.
COST: There is no cost, although an offering will be taken that evening for the scholarship fund of the Chorale.
