Arts Alive promotes the arts and provides opportunities and education to children who would otherwise have little to no access.
Press release – Arts Alive! is alive and well in Nassau County and the Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise was thrilled to get the update from Jane Lindberg, Board member, on all the amazing programs the organization provides to Nassau County children.
Their mission is to promote the arts and to provide free arts opportunities and education to the children who would otherwise have little to no access to the arts. The organization brings the arts to children, primarily ages 6 – 10 years old, in afterschool programs where the students and classrooms are provided by the local schools.
Arts Alive provides the teachers, instruments, and funding. The program continues to grow each year which enables outreach to more students in the county.
