Audition Now for Fernandina Little Theatre

The Fernandina Little Theatre is auditioning for two, one-act comedies this Friday, January 15th at 7:15 PM and on Saturday, January 16th at 11:15 AM inside the theatre located at 1014 Beech Street on Amelia Island.

George Bernard Shaw’s, How He Lied to her Husband, and the Mouse Trap by William Howells will be showing the last week of March. How He Lied to her Husband is casting 1 woman and 2 men in this story of a young man’s love poems that are discovered by the husband of his married mistress. The Mouse Trap is a lively discussion, regarding women being strong and deserving of the vote; that is disrupted by the sighting of a mouse in the parlor. This play requires 1 man and 6 women of varying ages.

Crew and other staff are needed as well. Co-producer, stage manager, production assistant, light crew, set design, set construction and costume coordinator are all exciting and important behind the scenes positions that require talented volunteers to put on such a magnificent production.

Rehearsals will begin in late February and are one to two nights per week and Saturdays. Please bring your calendar to the auditions. For more information visit the Fernandina Little Theater online at www.ameliaflt.org.
