Back to School Information for Fernandina High

The faculty, staff and administration of FBHS welcome our students and parents to the new school year. School will begin on Monday, August 23rd at 8:50 a.m. for a half day. Dismissal will be at 12:20 pm. Beginning Tuesday, August 24th, school will begin at 8:50 a.m. and dismiss at 2:55 p.m.

Student class schedules will not be mailed this year, but schedules, ID cards, and textbooks will be issued to students on the days listed below. Lockers and parking decals may also be purchased at this time.

Seniors

August 9, 2010
A – L 12:30 pm– 2:00 pm
M – Z 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Juniors

August 10, 2010
A – L 12:30 pm– 2:00 pm
M – Z 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Sophomores

August 11, 2010
A – L 12:30 pm– 2:00 pm
M – Z 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

ROTC orientation for 9th graders is August 9, 10, and 11 from 8:00 am-noon.
Pirate Invasion“, an orientation program for all 9th graders, new students and their parents is Thursday, August 12th, at 9:00 a.m. in the Pirate gymnasium.
Our fall Open House is September 14th at 6:30 p.m.
