Since today is National Ice Cream Day, we are presenting you with the perfect adult cocktail for your ice cream related celebrations, ceremonies and activities that will be held all across our great country today. This recipe for a Bailey’s Sundae is from Kim and she said, ‚ÄúThis was a dessert/beverage experiment my boyfriend and I came up with. It’s so good! Cream and sugar can be added to taste, if desired.

Ingredients:
12 cups brewed coffee
500g (That would be 2.2 Cups) French vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups Irish cream liqueur
Cream and sugar to taste

Directions:
1. Brew 12 cups of coffee and while brewing, fill 12 cups with a scoop of ice cream each. Be sure to use large cups. Top each scoop with just enough Irish cream to lightly coat the ice cream.
2. When the coffee is brewed, pour enough to fill each cup halfway. It is then up to each individual to add Irish cream, cream or sugar to taste.
