Beer Station Volunteers Needed at Shrimp Festival

Beer Station Volunteers Needed at Shrimp FestivalWho wants to sell beer at the Shrimp Festival?

The Shrimp Festival will be offering draft beer as an additional beverage choice this year at the festival’s Riverfront Stage and Food Court.

Cash incentives will be offered to earn income for your charity or civic group by covering one or more shifts.

Beer station shift times can be found on the Volunteer Form.

Shifts are about six hours each, but your favorite non-profit can earn $10.00 per person, per hour. With about 8 adults, ages 18 and up, working each shift, this money can add up fast!

Please email your name, phone number, email address and charity/civic group name to Harry Harrison, Beer Station Director, at harr67@att.net.

He will contact you either by phone or email to discuss the opportunity and schedule the shifts.

Training for Beer Station volunteers will be lead by NACDAC at the Fernandina Beach Police Department Community Room, 1525 Lime Street, on Monday, April 29th. There will be two shifts to choose from: 3 – 4 pm, and 6 – 7 pm.
