Peterbrooke's in Fernandina Beach is offering Chocolatier Day Camp for chocolate lovers ages eight and up!
Chocolatier for a Day
All Chocolatier campers will learn about tempering chocolate. This is the technique used to melt and cool chocolate so it sets firm and shiny at room temperature.
Chocolatiers will also learn how to dip, decorate and package their chocolate treats into their own gift box.
This is a fun opportunity for children and adults to express their own creativity with chocolate.

-Ages 8 and up
-Limited to eight campers per class
-Lunch and dessert included
-Class is from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM
-FREE T-shirt for every camper
Chocolate Camp Dates:
July 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th and August 3rd.
The cost is only $50.00 per camper and of course, you will need to wear a hat or have your hair pulled back.
