Exercising increases your energy level! Really! No kidding! I used talk myself into being exhausted after the slightest tasks, but now that I work out on a regular basis, working out actually gives me more energy to get through my day. Really!
Exercise is also great for hangovers, too – just sayin’. Actually, let’s go ahead and talk about this for a second. Maybe you attended a special event or just got carried away at the ballgame or on a night out with the girls… whatever the reason for overindulgence, it can easily be overcome with exercise.
- You will sweat away plenty of the toxins in your body.
You will burn off some of the excess calories you consumed.
You will have more energy for the rest of the day.
OK – back to the point. When you exercise, it will increase you metabolism so you will burn more calories with no further effort for the rest of the day. It doesn’t matter when you fit in a work out – just know that it will make a difference!
