Chamber of Commerce and Fernandina Observer will sponsor a Commissioner candidate forum and the public is welcomed to attend.
Fernandina Beach, FL – The Amelia Island-Fernandina Beach-Yulee Chamber of Commerce and the Fernandina Observer will sponsor a Fernandina Beach City Commission candidate forum at 7 p.m., Thursday, October 25, in the city commission chambers in City Hall, 204 Ash Street. The public is welcomed to attend.
Moderating the forum and posing questions to the candidates will be Larry D. Myers. Myers served as legislative aide to former state representative Aaron Bean, and for five years served as city manager of Fernandina Beach. He currently serves on the board of directors for VyStar Credit Union.
Participating in the forum will be Group 4 candidates Ed Boner and Tim Poynter and Group 5 candidates John Campbell Elwell and Pat K. Gass.
