FORK stands for Fernandina Outdoor Restaurant Kitchen. This fabulous evening of dining was imagined by Tapha Sears and Melanie Grimley three years ago. The two wanted to see a multitude of chefs cooking together in an outdoor setting, taking away the comforts of their kitchen and giving them a chance to cook together.
The chefs involved this year are Chef Andrew Yeo of The Ritz, Chef Wesley Cox of Davids, Chef Adam Sears of The Maxwell Group, Chef Roberto Pestana of Espana and Chef Brian Grimley of LuLu’s.
This is a very unusual dining event and apparently it is not easy to get tickets!
The first year Chefs were Scotty Swartz of 29 South, Luca From Ciao and Brian, Roberto, and Adam.
The second year Chefs were Chef Ricky Pigg of Joes 2nd St Bistro, Chef Marshall from The Florida House, and Brian, Scotty, Adam, and Roberto.
