As soon as the software programming and back end of Amelia Island Classified has been adjusted to function in the template, Search Amelia will make its classified pages available for Free to anyone in our community and Nassau County as a goodwill gesture in economic hard times.
After developing and implementing the software for the website www.AmeliaIslandClassifieds.com, our publisher decided it to be more effective if the site would become an integral part of SearchAmelia.com as the audience to the combination of SearchAmelia.TV and.COM has been growing by leaps and bounds. Monthly hits are reaching around 370,000 with almost 20% unique hits and a sharp increase in the local area, the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest traffic, in addition to the already strong numbers in the Northeast and the rest of the world.
As soon as the software programming and back end of Amelia Island Classifieds has been adjusted to function in the template, Search Amelia will make its classified pages available for Free to anyone in our community and Nassau County as a goodwill gesture in economic hard times. This service should available to our local viewers around August 7, 2009.
We are also announcing that we are expanding our video services with a daily 3-5 minute “News Bit from around the Island”, currently in testing stages for airing and web streaming on SearchAmelia.com starting August 10th.
Last but not least, keep your eyes on our Restaurant Rating and Review section called Amelia Bites. We need your reviews and people visiting our island need your reviews. We will be giving away prizes to the person who has added the most reviews per week. Prizes range from lunches or dinners for two, overnight stays in the waterfront Hampton Inn or Amelia Island Plantation or free ferry rides to neighboring St. Marys and/or Cumberland Island. The more you give us, the more we give back.
