    But, with this knowledge comes our responsibility to keep a watchful eye on investment and developement of NE Florida or we will become a replica of South Florida and lose our diversity and usefulness to the same fate. I lived in Miami in the late 60′s early 70′s and it was a very different place then. It was a great place to work and live.
