Salt Mother’s Day Brunch is promising to be a Gastronomic Feast.
This most outstanding dining experience is offering a luxurious, fine dining Mother’s Day Brunch that pays tribute to Moms. Chef de Cuisine, Rick Laughlin is preparing a gastronomic feast that features Caviar, free-flowing Champagne and a Bloody Mary Bar, Alaska King Crab Legs, Sushi, Salt-crusted Beef Tenderloin, Leg of Lamb, and a Soufflé and Crepes Suzette Station. The menu also includes many of Salt’s classics including Diver Scallops, Smoked Rainbow Trout and Salt’s famous Mac and Cheese. The Brunch, accompanied by live music, presents a scrumptious display of Individual and Petite Desserts in an oceanfront setting for an occasion that Mom will always remember.
The Salt Brunch at The Ritz-Carlton-Amelia Island is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The price is $125 per adult; $25 per child, 5-12., plus gratuity. Advance reservations required.

Café 4750 is offering a Mother’s Day Coastal Brunch that Mom and family are sure to enjoy. The menu is inspired by fresh seasonal ingredients from regional farms and local fishermen. All of Mom’s favorite foods will be there − fresh from the farm salads, chilled Mayport Shrimp, chef-carved Prime Rib, Eggs Benedict station, Shrimp and Scallop Grits, fresh from the dock local fish and an array of delectable desserts. An unlimited Bellini and Mimosa Bar starts at Noon for $19 per person.
