Come take a stroll in Fernandina Beach to promote awareness about the need to reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.
There is a community gathering and walk that Nassau NAMI is hosting on March 29th (Saturday) from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
The location is the gazebo at Central Park in Fernadina Beach. The event is free and registration is not required.
Refreshments will be provided, and there will be a raffle held at 12:00 pm.
The purpose of this event is to promote awareness of the need to reduce stigma surrounding mental illness and to meet local mental health providers in the area, who will be on hand to answer your questions.
Please encourage your friends, family members and local churches to attend this event.
