New Class Routines at Club 14 Fitness

Club 14 Fitness is about to rock your world with new Les Mills routines set to great new music in both their cycle room and in the classes held in the group fitness room.

You may already know their RPM and cycle will get you into shape and BodyPump will have your heart rate up and your thighs burning in no time at all. If you are a fan of the current routines get to the club this week, because next week it is a whole new game! …and when you train with the fitness instructors at Club 14 Fitness, you know they play hard and they play for YOU to win!!!

Whether you want to work on your own or with a group, they will help you get into the best shape of your life… but they cannot do it for you. If you find it difficult to get motivated for an early morning class or in the evenings then you should try to get into the gym for their mid-day Express classes. They begin at 1:15 and are only 30 minutes long so you can conveniently work them into your lunch hour; no more excuses!

Beginning Monday, Club 14 Fitness is holding a cycle race to the finish. A course is established and each participant will complete a leg of the journey by attending designated classes. Whoever crosses the finish line first is the winner. Contact the club for more details and to find out what the winner receives!
