This is a great side dish to serve with any dinner, especially pork dishes, but I like to serve it for Thanksgiving.
This is a great side dish to serve with any dinner, especially pork dishes, but I like to serve it for Thanksgiving. This is a particular favorite dish served by our own Sliders restaurant in Fernandina Beach on Amelia IslandIngredients:
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (I like to use the Honey Butter variety)
1 stick melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter in greased casserole dish. Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Hi Danielle

Furthermore I noticed we have other things in common such as Peter Gabriel and Wilbur Smith on our favorite lists, so we can't be all bad. Drop us a note on occasion or a link. Happy New Year and thanks for letting us use your picture.
