Rehabilitation In our efforts to continue to meet the expanding needs of individuals and families, we are proud to present our Rehabilitation Program. Our aggressive program is customized for our facility in partnership with Orthopedic specialists. Its implementation allows all staff to approach patient care in a holistic manner to maximize functional outcomes. At Quality Health, experienced therapists work as a team to follow the Orthopedic protocol, including:
-Personalized treatment plans -Innovative treatment techniques to help individuals achieve optimal levels of independence, pride and dignity -Services are provided up to 7 days a week to optimize the patient’s return to full functional levels |

Full Dining Services Quality Health provides nutritious, appealing meals and snacks. Special diets which may be prescribed by a resident’s physician are always available.

Activities Our Activities Director plans a broad range of activities to fill each day with fun and interest. We encourage everyone to participate, especially family and friends. Some activities that we offer are:

Our Location We are at 1625 Lime Street, directly across the street from Baptist Medical Center Nassau, in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida. Our corner of Paradise in Northeast Florida is 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Amelia Island is a small community with spectacular golf courses, outstanding fishing, miles and miles of sandy beaches and world class resorts including the Omni Amelia Island Plantation and the Ritz Carlton Amelia. We know that it is important to be rehabilitate in your home town, where you can continue to be cared for by a local doctor and have your family close by.
