Rotary's International Wine and Food Tasting event on March 7, 2015, at the Museum benefits Arts Alive Nassau.
Fernandina Beach, FL – Rotary Amelia Island Sunrise is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Third Annual International Wine and Food Tasting Event on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at the Amelia Island Museum of History.
This year, proceeds will benefit Arts Alive Nassau, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing arts opportunities and education to children in Nassau County who have limited access to the arts.
In addition to sampling a selection of international wines, provided by A Taste of Wine by Steve, guests will enjoy a variety of local craft beers-with thanks to the Amelia Island Hospitality Group. Local restaurants such as GG’s Bistro, Amelia Tavern, Sliders, The Crab Trap and the North Hampton Golf Club and are just a few of the area dining establishments that will be serving delicious hors d’oeuvres guaranteed to please the palate of event participants.
Classical guitarist Tom Jordan and popular local entertainer Dan Voll are among the musical offerings for the evening. As in year’s past, a silent and live auction are also part of the program. Last year, over $30,000 was raised and donated to Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
