Sand Sculpting and Music Coming to Main Beach

The Goin Coastal Music Series, on August 16th, is proud to close out the summer in Fernandina Beach in style.

Sand Sculpting and Music Coming to Main BeachOn August 16, 2014, prior to the Dunes and Tunes Music Festival, there will be an amateur sand sculpting competition at Main Beach from 12pm -3pm. The sculpting is open to all ages and skill levels.

This fun event will be monitored by the professional sculpting group, The Sand Lovers. Registration begins at 11:00am the day of the event.

Sculpting fees are:
$10 solo, 12 and under
$15 solo, 13 and up
$30.00/team

UPDATE: Fees have been waived for the sculpting teams.

The Goin Coastal Music Series, from 3:00 to 11:00 PM on August 16th, is proud to present Zach Deputy and close the summer in Fernandina Beach in style. This time he is bringing BIG Something, S.P.O.R.E, Parker Urban Band and others.

The event will also showcase live painting and several water attractions to make this a splashing good time.

Tickets to the music festival are $20.00 and children under 12 are admitted for free.
