The City of Fernandina Beach is seeking proposals for a vendor to conduct security assessments of the City’s existing IT infrastructure. The vendor awarded the contract will assist the City in determining our current and potential future security risk profile so an appropriate set of responses can be developed. The anticipated list of vulnerabilities to be evaluated may include but is not limited to:
• Network penetration
• Social Engineering vulnerability
• Policies and practices as they pertain to 3rd party support entities
• Internal policies and practices
• Application vulnerability, internal and public-facing
• Sensitive data vulnerability
• PCI Compliance

An invitation to bid has been issued by the City of Fernandina Beach. They will receive sealed competitive Bids for requirements of the following until no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. BID #09-08 EAST AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. All plan holders are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on this project which will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at 3:30 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at 204 Ash Street in Fernandina Beach.
Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in bid rejection.
