The City of Fernandina Beach has permitted the establishment of a Veterans Memorial Park on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and South 11th Street, at the location of the “Old Log Cabin.”

Members of the Veterans Council of Nassau County in charge of developing the Park include:

    American Legion
    Vietnam Veterans of Nassau County
    Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
    American Veterans (AmVets)
    Marine Corps League (MCL)
    Nassau County Veterans Affairs Advisor

4 x 8 Inch, engraved red bricks will be laid in a 20’ wide x 30’ long patio, surrounding the flagpole, between the chimney fireplace and the parking lot.

Bricks may be purchased to honor anyone, not only Veterans or Nassau County residents.

A minimum donation of $50.00 is required per Engraved Brick. Donations are Tax Deductible.
