The 5th Annual City of Fernandina Beach Rib Cook-off will be held on March 16, 2013, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The 5th Annual City of Fernandina Beach Rib Cook-off will be held on March 16, 2013, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Each cooking team will be provided six racks of ribs. A small sample will be presented for judging, and the rest will be put at the community table for the public to purchase. Rib dinner plates will be available for $10.00 to the public beginnning at 12:30. Additional sides and water and/or iced tea are included. Enjoy games, live music, refreshments and a chance to check out the cooking stations beginning at 11:00 AM.
Team Entry is $50.00.
Best Wings and Best Sauce categories are available for $10.00 each as well. The entry fee is due by Wednesday, March 6th at the Atlantic Recreation Center.
Each competitor’s grill must have a fire extinguisher on hand.
