Amelia Island Holiday Home Tour will feature four professionally decorated homes in historic Fernandina Beach on Friday and Saturday.
The Amelia Island Holiday Home Tour, presented by the Amelia Island Museum of History will feature four professionally decorated homes in historic Fernandina Beach on Friday, December 3 and Saturday, December 4 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
The homes are located at 112 N. 6th Street, 130 N. 6th Street, 302 S. 7th Street and 414 Broome Street. All homes will be decorated by professional designers/florists for the Christmas season. Music will be performed and costumed docents will be stationed at several of the houses.
The proceeds from these tours will benefit the Amelia Island Museum of History specifically in its effort to support the archival library which is in dire need of funding.Free trolley service will be available between the Museum and the houses by Amelia Island Trolleys. Parking is available at the Museum or on-street at any of the homes.
Tickets for the Fourth Annual Holiday Home Tour are $25.00 prior to the tour or $30.00 the day of the tour, and are available at the Museum, online or call the Museum at 904 261-7378, X100.
There will also be a Victorian Tea, with costumed first person interpreters, by separate ticket at the Bailey House, a Queen Anne Style private home, with seatings at 2:00, 3:00 and 4:00 each day of the house tour. Reservations for the tea are $15 and are sold individually through the Museum. Seating is limited to only 50.
