June 21 - June 25 is the Amelia Island Runners Summer Camp. It's free, it's fun, and it's a great way to become a better runner.
Amelia Island Runners Summer Camp
The camp will be from 9 to 11:00 AM at the Fernandina Beach High School, led by AIR volunteer Bill Beaumont. He is the cross country coach at St. Michaels Academy.
There will be classroom instruction, guest speakers and group runs. They will even videotape you while you run so you can see your form and look for ways to improve your efficiency!
