Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival Presents Balsam Range Bluegrass Band on March 3, 2019
Fernandina Beach, FL —Balsam Range, named 2018 Entertainers of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association, will give a not-to-be-missed bluegrass performance on Sunday, March 3, 2019 as part of the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival's 2019 season.

Coming from the mountains of western North Carolina, Balsam Range combines banjo, mandolin, fiddle, bass, guitar and vocals. The group has been one of bluegrass music's most award-winning groups in recent years. Garnering 10 International Bluegrass Music Association Awards on the heels of six critically acclaimed albums, the group also has won multiple Entertainer of the Year and 2014 Vocal Group of the Year awards. Balsam Range has headlined major festivals from coast to coast, selling out venues across the nation and appearing multiple times at the Grand Ole Opry.
Upcoming concerts in the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival's 2019 season include a free Family Concert on March 11 with Philip Pan and his electric Viper violin; piano virtuoso Emanuel Ax on March 22; and the Christiania Piano Quartet on March 31.
