Featuring Frank Ofeldt, join this interesting presentation on Friday, January 17th, at 6:00 pm where Ofeldt will explore the stories of local men who aligned themselves with the Confederate States of America.

Although Florida wasn’t an extremely active stage for Civil War battles, many Florida troops were sent to support Robert E Lee’s Army of Northern Virginia. The “Florida Brigade” twice charged Cemetery Ridge during the Battle of Gettysburg.
