Courtyard Nights Presents Island Vibe, a band which includes Ronnie Stoots, Loren Lum, Kim Crutchfield, Han Ramakers and Philippe Boets.
Courtyard Nights Presents the Island Vibe band at the FSCJ Betty P. Cook Nassau Center on Friday, October 25, from 7-9PM.
The event is sponsored by the FSCJ Nassau Center, the Nassau County Record, and the Fernandina Beach News-Leader.
Island Vibe is comprised of five seasoned musicians with an eclectic repertoire of tunes from the last ten decades.
-Philippe Boets, bass/vocals, is the founder of Petanque America and organizer of the international PA Open Tournament on the island.
-Han Ramakers, lead guitar/vocals, is publisher of SearchAmelia.com and operates the Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast with his wife, TJ. He is also one of the founding members of the Amelia Island Blues Festival.
-Kim Crutchfield, guitar/vocals, is a self- employed transportation broker, and co-owner of All American Pressure Washing in Yulee. Her husband is currently serving in Afghanistan.
-Loren Lum, drums/percussion and vocals, is co-owner of P5 Productions in Fernandina with his wife and is also the vice president of the Amelia Island Jazz Festival.
-Ronnie Stoots, keyboard, vocals and song writer, is a financial adviser and president of Amelia Wealth Management.
The concert is from 7 to 9 pm, rain or shine. It’s free and open to the public.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a can of food for the Barnabas Food Bank. Light refreshments will be available but individuals may bring their own.
Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted. Lawn chairs are welcome.
