The European American Business Club celebrates its December meeting at the new Marlin & Barrel distillery in Fernandina Beach.
EABC members have the unique opportunity to check out the soon-to-open distillery before everyone else!
The EABC December meeting will be held at the new Marlin & Barrel distillery in Fernandina Beach. Owner Roger Morenc will host this special event by offering a preview tour of this distillery set up to open in late December 2014. The tour will be informative and fun and this future tourist attraction will be unlike anything else in Fernandina Beach.
The new owner of the nearby Bright Mornings Café will provide the food for this party. It will feature special offerings from his new menu along with some holiday favorites from Europe and his former homeland, Switzerland.
This month the meeting will be held on Thursday December 11, 2014.
So mark your calendar to join us at the next EABC meeting Thursday, December 11 and be among the first visitors to the Fernandina Beach distillery. There will be a cash beer and wine bar along with holiday deserts and non alcoholic beverages.
Festive music courtesy of “Jane” followed by a Christmas Trivia quiz, door prizes and much more fun will be planned for the evening.
You cannot make it that day or time? Well, we only have one Holiday Party per year and this is a pretty unique opportunity to be having a look at the new distillery. So we hope you can be there and be part of the evening. However, we do understand if you can’t make it this time.
The EABC usually meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Amelia River Golf Club. We have to charge $12 admission so we can pay the bills. But the food is included in the cost and is prepared by the club’s chef. There is an open bar serving some of the best wines and liquor and beers. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are also available.
Everyone is invited to our meetings so bring your friends and guest for this fun filled evening of excitement, fellowship and yes, even gain some valuable business connections at the same time.
We look forward to seeing you at the Club! We really do have some great meetings.
RSVP and make sure to let us know how many to plan for since there will be a limit of 50 guest this time.
