If you produce your own organic or natural product that is missing from the Fernandina farmers' market, you may want to join them.
The Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers’ market is open this Saturday and nearly 40 vendors will be bringing their fresh produce and a large variety of specialty items including baked breads, handmade candles and soaps, fresh shrimp, organic dog treats, tapinades, spreads, dips, dressing, egg rolls, organic meats and so much more.
Vendors returning this Saturday include Rose’s An Unbelievable Egg Rolls, Aniko’s Hungarian Treats, fresh Florida jumbo shrimp, and Steephill‘s syrup, including a fresh batch of Maple Cream, directly from a Vermont farm.
Not all exhibitors come to the market each week, so you always want to take a look at their website, FernandinaBeachMarketPlace.com, to see who might be showing up at the last minute.
Currently, the waiting list only covers a couple of categories that are well represented in the Market Place; this means there is still room for more booths. If you produce your own organic or natural product that is missing from this farmers’ market, their website has all of the information you need to join them on N. 7th Street, in historic, downtown Fernandina Beach, Florida.
There are two special treats this weekend downtown as well, the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. breakfast and an art show at the Seventh Street Gallery, featuring the works of Painter and Photographer, James Widerman in his first Amelia Island show called, Vision over Time. The Gallery will be open during the hours of our market for this, and next Saturday.
The farmers’ market in Fernandina Beach, on Amelia Island, Florida, is open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on N. 7th Street, between Alachua and Centre Streets.
