The Yulee Home Depot is having its annual “Fire Safety Month” on Saturday October 6 from 9-2.
Nassau County departments and local community businesses are joining Home Depot and their associates for a Kid’s Workshop outdoors with their tables and tents and displays in a fair like atmosphere and arrangement.
This is the big event during the year for the Yulee store when the fire engines, sheriff boats, and the medi-vac helicopter make their appearance. (I have heard there will be Pirates there, too.)
Home Depot hopes to regular events on the first Saturday of every month to coincide with Kid’s workshop.
November 3, 2012 is tentatively a Fencing Clinic day.
