Here is a tasty recipe for a healthy desert:
Healthy Baked Apples
1/4 cup Fresh, frozen berries
Cinnoman to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Core the apple but leave the bottom intact.
Fill the cavity with frozen berries
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes in the microwave, depending on how soft you want the apple to be.
Sprinkle with cinniman and nutmeg to taste.
For a fast variation to the recipe, slice the apple and cook on a microwave safe dish for 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with spices and enjoy!
