Foundation for Intercultural Travel

Foundation for Interculteral TravelDue to the large volume of expressed interest in the Foundation for Intercultural Travel, we are posting more details on this exciting opportunity for you to host a foreign exchange student. One of our business associates, TJ Seaton, has just been named as our local representative. She is available to speak to groups, associations and schools who are interested in hearing more details. The deadline is approaching soon as students need to be placed no later than one week after school starts. As the local representative, she will be available to host families participating in the program 24 hours a day and seven days a week once a child is placed in your home.
The Mission Statement of the Foundation for Intercultural Travel, Inc. is dedicated to promoting peace between nations by fostering cultural awareness through student exchange, one host family and one student at a time. By facilitating the bringing together of one nation’s children with another nation’s families and making them one, F.I.T. works passionately in an effort to further the concept of PEACE THROUGH UNDERSTANDING.

The Foundation for Intercultural Travel is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. This is a U.S. State Department designated exchange visitor program whose main efforts are to set up academic and cultural exchanges for the youth of the world. F.I.T. only selects the top students and host families to participate in the cultural experience inherent in student exchange. F.I.T. students come from around the world and are between the ages of 15 and 18, but short term students can also participate as young as 12 years old.

For more information, Ms. Seaton can be reached at 904-310-6153 or 262-902-3503.
