Heroes on the Water Update RotariansAmelia Island, FL – On Friday, November 1st, staff members from the Heroes on the Water organization were guest speakers at the Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise. The nonprofit organization serves to provide unique healing experiences to injured servicemen and veterans. They create innovative forms of physical and mental therapy, such as kayaking or fishing, to help service men and women in their rehabilitation efforts. Heroes on the Water is a 100% volunteer-staffed organization with over 40 national chapters. The North Florida chapter is one of the five largest in the country.
