There is a Winemaker Dinner with Bob Pepi on July 13, 2010,from 6:00-10:00 PM, that promises to be an exciting dining event and the limited number of tickets will sell out fast. It will be held at PLAE (People Laughing and Eating) Restaurant and Lounge at the Spas and Shops at Amelia Island Plantation. Eponymous Wines is a California winery that produces wines from grapes grown at a couple of different vineyards. Eponymous means, “one for whom or which something is or is believed to be named”. Mr. Pepi says he named his wine Eponymous because he could not use his family name on his own bottle of wine.
There is very limited seating for this special event so get your tickets early. The price is $40/person. For tickets contact Simon Muldoon at PLAE at (904)277-2132.
