Try this fast and easy recipe and you will never want to release another Kingfish!

In a pan, combine:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
A small handful of finely chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon each of salt, curry powder, cumin powder.
Add 2 lbs. cubed Kingfish boneless meat and sauté until tender and transparent.

In a good sized saucepan pan combine:
2 tablespoonful of peanut butter
1/2 cup water
Stir until you get a sauce consistency.

Add the kingfish and cook until it boils, being careful not to over cook the fish.
Serve over a bed of rice.
