Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Are you looking for a way to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving meal without spending days in the kitchen?
FSCJ Betty P. Cook Nassau Center and Chef Bill Castleberry have the class for you! Chef Castleberry returns to the Nassau Center with one of his favorite classes. He will show you how to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for your family and friends in 2 1/2 hours. The menu includes Flash Baked Turkey, Cranberry Chutney, Blue Cheese Spinach salad, Stuffin’ Muffins and sides.
Chef Bill Castleberry is a certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and has taught at Fernandina Beach High School, the Lewis “Red” Bean Technical Center at Florida State College at Jacksonville in Yulee, and First Coast Technical College in St. Augustine.
The class will meet on Tuesday, November 7, and Wednesday, November 8, 5:30-7:30PM, in the state of the art culinary kitchen in the Lewis “Red” Bean Technical Center. The cost is $40. The Betty P. Cook Nassau Center is located in Yulee at 76346 William Burgess Boulevard.
