‚Ä¢ Basic Yoga for Beginners – meets Sundays: January 17, 24, 31, February 7, & 14; 9-10:15 AM or Thursdays: 6-7:15 PM; January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4 & 11;
‚Ä¢ Meditation 101 – meets Mondays: February 15, 22, March 1, 8, 15, & 22; 4-5:15 PM;
‚Ä¢ Intro to Tai Chi – meets Saturdays: January 16, 23, 30, February 6 & 13; 9-10:15 AM
For those that want to increase their metabolism, prevent osteoporosis, and/ or slim down:
‚Ä¢ Free Weights for Regular People – meets Mondays: January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8; 6 – 7:15 PM
‚Ä¢ Kickboxing for Beginners – meets Mondays: January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8; 4:30-5:45 PM
If you’re a starting a jogging/running program:
‚Ä¢ Runsmart: Injury Prevention for Runners – meets Fridays: 4-5:15 PM; January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12
We also have cooking classes to show you how to cook delicious, nutritious meals that will help you achieve your heath and fitness goals. Some of these include:
‚Ä¢ Soups Salads and Smoothies – Saturday, January 16, 1-3 PM
‚Ä¢ Succulent Stir Fry – Saturday, January 16; 3:30-5:30 PM
‚Ä¢ Low-Fat Italian Cooking – Saturday, January 9; 3:30-5:30 PM
