Library Offers FREE Program on Mindful Meditation

Participants will learn how to lower stress levels by maintaining balance and control. This John Kabit Zins-based program will include instruction as well as a guided mindful meditation.

Friends of the Library is offering a FREE presentation led by Terri Ames, CCH, to help people better understand mindfulness and to help them develop meditation as a daily practice.

This FREE program will be held in the Fernandina Beach Library’s Community Room at 24 North 4th Street, on Thursday, September 29, at 7:00 p.m. To register, please call the Library at 904-277-7365.
