Synopsis: Extends the Lease Agreement for the Renal Treatment Center located at 1525 Lime Street.

7.6 AUTHORIZATION OF OUTSIDE COUNSEL – GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT – RESOLUTION 2010-128 AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO UTILIZE QUALIFIED OUTSIDE LEGAL COUNSEL TO ASSIST THE CITY WITH THE NEGOTIATIONS AND DRAFTING OF A GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BILLY CASPER GOLF, LLC FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY GOLF COURSE AND CLUB IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00); AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
