Volunteers at Second Chance make a huge contribution toward keeping the doors of the shelter open and available to homeless animals. For more information, call 904-321-0022 or email.
Second Chance Volunteering Opportunities include:
• Basic Retail & Cashiering
• Processing & Cleaning Donations
• Customer Service
• On Call Pick-up Help (lifting, carrying, loading & unloading)
Meet Tracy Grimsely (see picture), who currently volunteers at our Second Chance store. She has been a volunteer for the Nassau Humane Society for over ten years.

Volunteering at the store is a lot of fun too. I have met some wonderful people there and does the heart good in knowing that I am helping our sweet four-legged friends.
