A new Spring Menu has been launched for Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen, beginning March 6th, in Fernandina Beach!

If you see a menu with boiled peanuts, fried catfish, collard greens, PBR, and sweet potato pie… you know you are in the South. This Top Chef Season 7 contestant impressed with his skills. Chef Kenny Gilbert, “Beast in the Kitchen,” is passionate about food and has earned celebrity status after appearing on the “Today Show, cooking for the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl party, and authored his first book, “A Chef’s Journal.”

His experience covers a wide spectrum of the culinary industry running a variety of positions in AAA Five Diamond and Mobile Five Star restaurants.

Here are the new hours of operation at Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen, located at 510 South 8th Street in Fernandina Beach, Florida:
Lunch – Monday/Wednesday – Saturday – 11am – 2pm
Dinner – Monday/Wednesday – Saturday – 4pm – 9pm
Closed – Tuesday & Sunday
