Fernandina Beach Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Photo Scavenger Hunt on January 22nd. This is during the Locals Weekend Out and sounds like a great way to spend a winter evening with friends. To make this event even more appetizing, the winning team takes home a grill!
Imagine you and your team searching for a variety of items throughout our great community to photograph in a set amount of time.
Here are the rules:
4 people per team
1 camera per team (BYOC bring your own camera with removable memory card)
150 tasks to find & photograph
3 hours to complete tasks
The team registration fee is only $25.00 and it has to be paid between now and January 20, 2011. Teams are to report to the Atlantic Avenue Recreation’s Teen Center at 5:00 PM on the 22nd and the adventure begins at 6:00 PM.
The Photo Scavenger Hunt teams must report back to the teen center no later than 9:00 PM.
