NOTICE OF GATHERING PRESENTATION OF RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING “AMERICAN BEACH DAY” IN NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON JANAURY 31, 2010

PURPOSE: PRESENTATION OF RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING “AMERICAN BEACH DAY” IN NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON JANAURY 31, 2010.

Please take notice that one or more members of the Board of County Commissioners may attend this event on Amelia Island. The Board members who attend will not take any action or take any vote at this meeting. This is not an official meeting of the Board of County Commissioners.

This notice is being provided to meet the spirit of the Sunshine Law to inform the public that Commissioners may be present at this meeting.

The public is invited to be present and be heard.
