Real Estate for sale signs are becoming a forest
Who keeps saying the real estate market for Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Yulee, and all of Nassau County, Florida, is getting better? Yeah, OK, right!
The June 19 through June 26 report for the entire county for properties sold and under contract is not a pretty picture. There are over three hundred realtors in our community that are trying to make a living with numbers like these. And the beat goes on… or, should that be the stimulus goes on? Whatever!
Properties under contract ranged from $127,900 to $995,000, but there were only ten.
The eight properties sold ranged from $141,000 to $614,000, again, there were only eight!
