Proceeds go to Lift Florida, an organization dedicated to providing our youth better athletic instruction and equipment.

Ride for Fitness 2011Ride for Fitness 2011 with CLUB 14 FITNESS this Saturday October 22nd. The ride gets under way at 7:30 in the morning. Registration is only $35.00 and ALL routes will have SAG support, well-stocked rest stops, snacks and refreshments.

Choose from 21 miles, 38 miles, 52 miles or 100K to support Lift Florida, dedicated to provide deserving youths access to professional athletic instruction, equipment, facilities and organized competition.

Enjoy Amelia Island’s Fort Clinch State Park and brand new COMPLETED bike lane on A1A South, as well as amazing marsh views from Heckscher Drive. All routes will leave from CLUB 14 FITNESS at 7:30am and will travel through Fort Clinch State Park before heading south on 14th Street and Amelia Island Parkway. The 20 mile route includes a rest stop at Peter’s Point and returns to CLUB 14 FITNESS via South Fletcher. All other routes continue south via Buccaneer Trail, A1A South and Heckschire Drive before returning to CLUB 14 FITNESS.

Amazing shower facilities and locker rooms will be available to all participants, as well as lunch after the ride.
